Before sponsoring a candidate, please be sure and read the Sponsor Responsibilities.

 

If you would like to sponsor a candidate for an upcoming weekend, you can accomplish that in one of following two ways:

Download the application, fill it out and get it signed by the candidate, or a parent or guardian if the candidate is under 18 years of age, then mail it in.

Fill out an online application.  Please complete the application, then download the above application and fill out the "Participant Medical Release & Attendance Consent" portion and bring to send off.  Without that portion of the application filled out, your candidate cannot attend the weekend.

In order to sponsor a candidate we ask that you have attended either a Vida Nueva or Tres Dias Weekend.
